PCMA Town Hall Meeting
The CSE is excited to speak at a PCMA Town Hall Meeting to discuss National Instrument 45-110 on start-up crowdfunding exemptions. The online event is being held on Thursday, July 2nd from 2:30 to 3:30PM EDT.
Don’t miss this discussion of the regulatory climate around securities crowdfunding. This emerging way for start-ups to raise capital has businesses raising funds through the internet by allowing many people to invest in issued securities with relatively small amounts of money. It is intended to provide companies with an alternative source of capital at an early stage of development.
The PSMA has assembled a top-notch roundtable of panelists, including Richard Carleton, CEO, Canadian Securities Exchange; Phil du Heaume, Independent General Counsel; Richard Rémillard, President, Rémillard Consulting Group; and Peter-Paul Van Hoeken, CEO, FrontFundr.
