The Exchange has determined that 37 Capitla Inc. (the “Issuer”) has not met the continued listing requirements as set out in CSE Policy 2, Appendix A section 2.9.
Further to Policy 3, section 5 “A Listed Issuer must meet the Continued Listing Requirements to remain listed in good standing. The Exchange may designate an issuer as inactive, assign it to a different industry segment, suspend trading or delist an issuer that does not meet Continued Listing Requirements.”
The .X extension is added to the listed securities of Issuers that the Exchange has deemed to be inactive.

37 Capital Inc. has announced a consolidation of its issued and outstanding common shares on the basis of one (1) post-consolidation common share for every five (5) pre-consolidation common shares.
As a result, the outstanding shares of the company will be reduced to approximately 4,495,947 common shares.
The name and symbol will not change.
